9 WEEK MUSCLE STACK PROGRAM

The MUSASHI 9 Week Muscle Stack Program incorporates proven supplement protocols used by MUSASHI with athletes looking for quality muscle tissue gains.
For maximum results, it is suggested that this supplementation program be implemented in non-competition or off-season with a weights program. When desired gains are reached, emphasis will then be placed on the maintenance of these gains, particularly during time when aerobics training becomes a priority and is introduced into a program.
This is achieved by targeting key times to supply carbohydrates and a combination of Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) and Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs).
MUSASHI has had great success with the 9 Week Muscle Stack Program with strength athletes for a number of reasons. After 10 years of using MUSASHI Creatine Monohydrate to spark initial size and strength in athletes, it was becoming apparent that a maintenance dose of creatine was not enough to maintain gains made during creatine loading periods.
Through the use of essential amino acids we are able to gradually wean athletes off creatine use while introducing essential amino acids into their program to successfully hold on to muscle tissue and strength gains. The use of Essential Amino Acids can then be incorporated into a daily supplement protocol to maintain gains during season or competition.
The products used during the 9 Week Muscle Stack Program are:
- MUSASHI Creatine Recovery Stack
- MUSASHI RE-ACTIVATE™ Hardcore
- MUSASHI Kuan: The Creative
- MUSASHI ISO8TM Lean Muscle WPI Protein
This program outlines dosage times along with a number of handy tips that should also be followed. It should be noted that these products are purely concentrating on growth of muscle tissue. They can be used in conjunction with other MUSASHI products used for recovery purposes.
Within this program, the MUSASHI Creatine Recovery Stack has been chosen to aid recovery following weights sessions, it allows rapid delivery of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), Creatine and other recovery nutrients (HMB and Glutamine) to the system within 15 minutes of completing workouts – a time referred to as the window of opportunity.
MUSASHI RE-ACTIVATE™ Hardcore is the ultimate pre-workout product. Containing key ingredients that help energise you, increase mental focus, power energy and decrease the debilitating effects of lactic acid.
The use of MUSASHI Kuan: The Creative is to rapidly supply to the muscles Essential Amino Acids to kick start the recovery process and to put the athlete into optimal anabolic state.
MUSASHI ISO8 is the highest quality fast protein available. It allows a rapid influx of proteins into the blood stream and to muscles to aid the recovery of muscle tissue.
Weeks 1-3 (Inclusive) Training days
1. One (1) serve per day of CREATINE RECOVERY STACK taken at the opposite time of day from training (e.g. take serve mid-morning if training in afternoon and vice versa for morning sessions).
2. Take one (1) serve (1 level scoop in 150mL of water) of RE-ACTIVATETM HARDCORE 30 minutes before training.
3. Preferable during or immediately following training take a serve of CREATINE RECOVERY STACK along with one (1) teaspoon of KUAN: THE CREATIVE.
4. 30-40 minutes after training a serve of MUSASHI ISO8. An additional serve of ISO8 should also be used during the day in addition to normal needs.
Non-Training Days
1. Two (2) serves of CREATINE RECOVERY STACK should be taken throughout the day, always in divided doses and on an empty stomach.
2. Two (2) serves of ISO8 in addition to normal needs.
Tips
• Drink at least one (1) extra litre of water during weeks 1 to 3 as the Creatine load will see the muscle uptake water from the body, therefore extra water must be taken in to assist normal bodily functions.
• WPI should be taken twice during the day as an addition to normal meals.
Weeks 4-6 (Inclusive) Training days
1. Two (2) teaspoons per day of KUAN: THE CREATIVE taken in divided doses throughout the day and away from training times.
2. Take one (1) serve (1 scoop in 150mL of water) of RE-ACTIVATETM HARDCORE 30 minutes before training.
3. Preferably during or immediately following training take a serve of CREATINE RECOVERY STACK along with one (1) teaspoon of KUAN: THE CREATIVE.
4. 30 to 40 minutes after training one (1) serve of ISO8 is recommended to deliver a sustained release of protein over the 2 hours. An additional serve of ISO8 should also be used during the day in addition to normal needs.
Non-Training Days
1. One (1) serve of CREATINE RECOVERY STACK and two (2) teaspoons of KUAN: THE CREATIVE should be taken throughout the day always in divided doses and on an empty stomach.
Both products can be taken together.
2. Two (2) serves of ISO8 in addition to normal needs.
Tips

3. Immediately following training take one (1) teaspoon of KUAN: THE CREATIVE. Take this within 15 minutes of completing workout to utilise the window of opportunity.
4. 30 to 40 minutes after training one (1) serve of IS08 is recommended to deliver a sustained release of protein over the 2 hours. An additional serve of ISO8 should also be used during the day in additional to normal needs.
Non-Training Days
1. Four (4) teaspoons of KUAN: THE CREATIVE should be taken throughout the day always in divided doses and on an empty stomach.
2. Two (2) serves of ISO8 in addition to normal needs.
Tips
• ISO8 should be taken twice during the day as an addition to normal meals.
